Semana de Recuerdos Memorial Ceremony Mission San Antonio de Valero​

An annual private ceremony known as the Week of Remembrance, celebrated with a "Feast of Remembrance," takes place from September 9th to 15th in honor of the Tap Pilam Coahuiltecan Nation's families.

Campo Santo (Holy Ground) Cemetery Downtown-San Antonio, Texas​

Campo Santo holds profound historical and cultural significance as a sacred burial ground associated with Mission San Juan Capistrano and Mission San Francisco de la Espada, where the Tāp Pīlam Coahuiltecan Nation conducts annual commemorative ceremonies to honor the repatriated human remains.

The Mission San Juan de Capistrano Re-burial Commemoration​

Annually, the Tāp Pīlam Coahuiltecan Nation holds commemorative ceremonies for the repatriated human remains from the 1967 excavation and the 2012 reburial near the unfinished Chapel.

American Indians in Texas-Spanish Colonial Missions

In 1994, the American Indians in Texas–Spanish Colonial Missions (AIT-SCM) organization was established in San Antonio, Texas. AIT-SCM is a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that embodies the rich heritage of the Tap Pilam Coahuiltecan Nation. Focusing on cultural and ethnic awareness, their mission is dedicated to preserving and safeguarding the unique culture and traditions of the Tap Pilam Coahuiltecan Nation.
